    Limes Park, The Beeches & Rooksdown are situated towards the North of Basingstoke Town Centre, ideally located for the Hospital. The area is ever expanding with the newer segment, Limes Park, still under development. The area is part of the Basingstoke & Deane district having formally been a parish of Sherborne St John. Amenities are still very much under construction, but the area does provide great access for hospital workers along with anyone that commutes via the A339 or M3.

    There are various play parks dotted around the area. Basingstoke Town Centre is approximately 2.5 miles away and provides a shopping centre and cinema. Slightly further afield is the leisure park where families can enjoy swimming, ice skating, bowling, fast food and another cinema.

    Travel Links

    The area is situated on the North of Basingstoke and provides good access to the A339 which runs to Newbury. The M3 is easily accessible and provides direct access to London and the South Coast.  There are regular bus routes servicing the area and the mainline train line is approximately 2.5 miles away which allows access to London Waterloo in approximately 45 minutes.
