Trevor’s career began in a large independent estate agency in Berkshire in 1985 where he progressed from trainee to office manager within 18 months. Having managed several offices, he eventually joined forces with Kevin Penfold to open Barons Estate Agents. Trevor is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and a strong advocate of maintaining the highest professional standards resulting in Barons becoming a licensed N.A.E.A agent. Trevor’s personal life consists of spending time with his family and participating in water-based activities.
Patrick joined Barons in 2016 after completing his A-levels, driven by his ambition to become an estate agent and a long-standing interest in the property market. Since then, he has been rapidly developing the skills and expertise needed to become a knowledgeable agent, always eager to assist clients with buying or selling their properties. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys socialising, travelling, playing football and supporting Nottingham Forest.
Jon started in the property industry in 2016 while living in Sydney. Prior to this he had his own company working in finance. Within the industry Jon has progressed from a trainee negotiator to a senior valuer. Due to the fact Jon grew up in Basingstoke, he has extensive knowledge of the local area. In his spare time Jon loves to play sports, specifically football and watching Newcastle United play.
Tabby joined Barons in Spring 2023 after always having had an interest in the property market and a keenness for a career in the industry. Tabby grew up in Basingstoke and is very familiar with the area, as well as both of her parents previously being estate agents. When Tabby's not working, she spends her time socialising with her friends and spending time with her family.'
Kayleigh joined Barons in the summer of 2024, bringing experience from her previous work in the property industry and a passion for the property market. Originally from Cape Town, Kayleigh has since lived in Basingstoke for 4 years ago. Outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys socialising with friends and family and is an avid Formula 1 fan.

Joanne joined Barons in November 2024 following a lengthy career as a Legal Assistant of over 32 years, with 25+ years in Conveyancing and has a broad knowledge of the legal process and what is required to see matters through to completion. Having worked in the Basingstoke area for some time has a good relationship with the majority of the local solicitors. When not working Joanne enjoys socialising with friends and family and loves to travel.
