Oakley Youth Football Clubs 6 a side Tournament – May Bank Holiday 27th – 28th May 2017
This is a new one to our list and hopefully with our input will be even more of a success than previous years. With some of our younger members of staff participating in the competition as children, we are informed it’s very popular with the youth football community across Basingstoke and Hampshire in general, with hundreds of teams and children enjoying the two days of football! Although details are yet to be posted on the website we will be sure to update you nearer the time – http://www.oakleyfc.co.uk/
The 250 Mile Challenge With Kris Garret, Jay Smith & Sara Smith. – Throughout 2017
The challenge will involve the trio taking part in a multiple of running events including half marathons, cross country mud runs and 10k races – to add to this they will also be organising and running coaching sessions for 5 to 10k runners! This challenge is all in aid of three fantastic charities, these being the Alzheimer’s Association, The Stroke Association and Cancer research. I am sure many of us can relate to these charities and it would be great if we could help to support them on their quest to raising a minimum of £500 – For further details visit
